Week 6 Overview


Welcome to Week 6: Dharana/Dhyana 

Per usual, there is an assignment (including reading, self-study, and practice) and a class video. All of the weekly assignments are also available in the SLY Manual, which you can use to follow along if you like. The same information from the manual is also available here online.

This week, we are looking at Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation) two of the eight limbs of Patanjali's Ashtanga Yoga.
